About Tracy

Tracy is an accredited, award-winning public relations specialist, Squarespace design pro, nonprofit founder, and certified ecotherapist. She is a recognized industry and community leader who is passionate about leading mission-driven initiatives, building community partnerships, and generating positive social and environmental impact.

Tracy’s experience ranges from managing PR departments for an advertising agency and a national magazine publisher to helping grow more than 100 brands across 12 industries with The Buzz Maker and developing a nonprofit from the ground up. She has a proven track record in account management, client relations, and project management, and is a senior-level copywriter and editor. Whether supporting internal teams, communicating with clients, or addressing complex challenges, Tracy brings creativity, energy, and a positive attitude to every situation.

  • Helped grow more than 100 brands across 12 industries, including home and garden, consumer products, interior design, food and beverage, publishing, nonprofits, education, healthcare, automotive, manufacturing, construction, and facilities management,

  • Founded the 501c3 conservation nonprofit, Save Ohio Bees.

    Tracy is accredited in public relations through the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). An accredited specialist is certified as a competent professional who demonstrates a mastery of strategic communication practice and reflects the highest ethical standards.

  • Ecotherapist

    As an Ecotherapist and nature therapy guide, Tracy helps people create nature-based wellness practices to reduce anxiety and reclaim resilience at Nature Therapy Earth. She is also a guest speaker who was recently featured on the internationally recognized Negotiate Anything Podcast.

  • Naturalist

    Tracy is the founder of Save Ohio Bees, a 501c3 nonprofit that restores pollinator habitat, funds conservation, and provides a free online library of resources for Ohioans. She is the past board president and serves in the volunteer roles of comms manager and conservation educator.

  • Certified

    Tracy holds a certification in negotiation and conflict resolution, an advanced certification in ecotherapy, and is an Ohio Certified Volunteer Naturalist (Master Naturalist).

  • Mama

    Tracy is a proud mama of one amazing daughter, Sharon, a corgi named Finnley, and two cats named River and Willow. In her spare time, she can often be found gardening or exploring forests, bookshops, and bakeries.
